Are You Tech Savvy?
So, let me ask you: are you tech savvy? Is your smartphone a Blackberry, iPhone, or Droid? What about your computer? Mac or PC.
Some of you are fluent in tech talk. The rest of us…not so much. The Village web team is teaching me about RSS.
If you know about RSS, you are probably already receiving feeds from The Village. For those who are just learning, here’s how it is explained to me. Take a look in the upper right corner of the page, and you will see the buttons. RSS is a subscription service that allows you to subscribe to The Village Celebration so you’ll know when we post new articles and videos.
Just click ‘subscribe to posts’, select where on your internet browser you want the articles to land, and it will happen automatically. (RSS stands for “really simple syndication”).
You can subscribe to comments from other readers also, and if you have something to say…you can log on and comment.
We are excited you have have come to The Village. Thank you so much. Now, we hope you will join the celebration and the conversation about our articles!
