The “Bling” of Fundraising Success for area HBCUs
The Little Rock Chapter of Links presented Arkansas Baptist College with a check for $10,000.00 raised from its “Jazzy Jeans & Jewels” fundraiser. There were hundreds of guests at the June 7th event which featured food booths serving seafood, pasta, barbecue, and an array of desserts. The Links host “Jazzy Jeans & Jewels” every two years with the proceeds benefiting a Historically Black College & University in the Little Rock area.
