Hearing the Voice of Dr. King Through an Atlanta Man
Dr. King’s voice is recognized the world over. His cadence and its tone have been assigned a place in the American psyche. 47 year-old Stephon Ferguson sounds uncannily like the Civil Rights icon. Ferguson, who works for the National Park Service at Ebenzer Baptist Church (Dr. King’s former church), joined Vickie Newton in January 2016 to demonstrate his gift with a recitation of “I Have a Dream.”
