The excitement generated by then-Senator Barack Obama’s historic presidential campaign evaporated during the economic downturn and his years in the nation’s Capitol. But, look back at the President’s campaign speech under the Saint Louis Arch in 2008. There were more than 100,000 supporters who believed, “Yes, We Can.” Will they again?
