Village Legal Expert Explains Cosby Court Proceedings
A judge decided today that comedian Bill Cosby will stand trial on sexual assault charges. The charges involve Andrea Constand, a former employee at Temple University, Cosby’s alma mater. In 2004 Cosby paid Andrea an undiclosed settlement in a civil suit. She became the first woman of 50 to publicly accuse the star of sexual misconduct. Prior to the judge’s ruling, TheVillageCelebration talked with attorney Dante Mills about the case.
