Bernice King Wraps Up Women’s History With A Global Birthday Invitation
On March 28, Bernice King will celebrate her 60th birthday, and she is using social media to galvanize goodwill around the world.
In honor of her advocacy for social justice, TheVillageCelebration is re-running an interview Vickie Newton conducted with King when the book ‘My Life My Love My Legacy’ written by Coretta Scott King was released years after the family’s matriarch died.
On her father’s birthday, Berniece King tweeted, “Happy Birthday Daddy.”
