Pine Bluff Debates Merit of Proposed Casino Gaming
State Representatives Vivian Flowers and Ken Ferguson sponsored a forum this week for Pine Bluff and Jefferson County residents to hear from supporters and opponents of casino gaming. The signatures have been collected to place the issue on the November 6th ballot, but the initiative first needs a favorable ruling from the state’s highest court.
