Residents of Africatown, Alabama, welcomed Black History Month 2023 with their annual “Spirit of our Ancestors Festival” which honors the 110 captives aboard Clotilda, the last slave ship. TheVillageCelebration takes you to Africatown for a tour of the historic area.
